Compliance to current and ever changing rules and regulations governing all building projects is a priority for this practice.
All proposed new building projects or development are governed by a vast amount of restraints, laws and adherence to best practice.
Ferrier Hart Thomas recognises this, and provide the complete package from development to financial monitoring, party wall matters, ensuring that all Health and Safety regulations are observed, overseeing design, construction monitoring, management from start to finish.
We have experience of housing and flat developments, the building of shopping centres, new hotels and extensions, factories and complex inner city developments. So don’t despair.
Kevin Thomas has acted as Project Manager of a number of Retail Parks, multi storey car parks and Military establishments. He has wide experience in the management of large commercial and industrial developments in the UK.
Andrew Ferrier has acted as an Employers agent, in the monitoring of a prestigious flats development now successfully completed.
The Practice is currently instructed to act as CDM co-ordinators in respect of a stand alone factory unit, a new build Budget hotel, a 33 bedroom hotel and a 26 flat development. Total value £7m.
