| Building Repairs and Refurbishment
We are active in the refurbishment of property, especially town centre locations in town centres involving landmark buildings. These are sensitive and difficult challenges, involving constraints and compliance with them.
Sometimes, such matters are disputed involving the legal process We are able to act on your behalf as expert witnesses.
An example of our Refurbishment and Repair work.
Maesteg Town Council in South Wales, instructed us to assess the condition of the Council Offices in the town centre and thereafter prepare drawings, specifications and schedule of works to repair and improve the imposing Listed Building and to administer the works to completion.
